All practitioners at Gregory Street Psychology use evidence-based therapies, with Cognitive-Behaviour Therapy (CBT) the most common treatment modality. Each practitioner has additional treatment approaches and techniques that will be tailored to your needs (e.g. Mindfulness, ACT, PCT, Schema Therapy, EMDR, Existential Therapy etc.). Our psychologists have post-graduate qualifications and follow a strict Code of Ethics to ensure high standards of professional conduct, responsibilities and confidentiality. Our practitioners offer Face-to-face appointments, and TeleHealth appointments are also available.
