Wajan Hale is a registered counsellor with over 15 years of experience working with individuals and couples across a range of mental health and relational concerns. Her clinical approach integrates evidence-based modalities, including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Acceptance and somatic (body-based) practices.

Wajan specialises in supporting clients through relationship distress, grief and loss, trauma recovery, and life transitions. She has a particular interest in working with nervous system regulation, attachment dynamics, and embodied awareness as key elements in therapeutic change.

She is committed to trauma informed, inclusive, and collaborative care, offering clients a calm and attuned presence grounded in both psychological theory and embodied practice.

In addition to her Counselling work at Gregory Street Psychology, Wajan sees clients for somatic therapy through her private practice, Wajan Hale Counselling,  where she offers individual embodiment-based coaching.

Wajan welcomes referrals for clients seeking an integrative approach that combines clinical rigour with somatic and relational depth.
