Claire (she/her) is a registered psychologist who completed her Bachelor of Psychological
Science (Honours) at Griffith University and then her Master of Psychology (Clinical) at the
University of Tasmania. Claire believes in the importance of working collaboratively with her clients to evoke meaningful and long-lasting change. Her therapeutic style is open-minded, compassionate, and flexible. Claire works primarily with adults and older adults. She has experience assisting clients presenting with various types of anxiety, depression, stress/burnout,
neurodivergence, and grief. Claire integrates a range of psychological approaches to provide
her clients with tailored care such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and
Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Compassion-Focused Therapy.
