Simon is experienced in a wide range of therapy approaches, such as Behavioural Activation, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotion Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), and Interpersonal Therapy (IPT). He believes that healing begins in spaces where people feel seen, safe, and accepted.
Outside of work, Simon loves to hike in the Tasmanian wilderness with his family and friends.
