She emphasises building trust, understanding personal strengths, and empowering clients to overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
Asta has experience working across both private and community settings, supporting individuals with a broad range of presentations, including anxiety, depression, emotional regulation difficulties, grief and loss, relationship challenges, and life transitions. She also enjoys working with individuals navigating perfectionism, self-esteem challenges, and periods of personal growth and self-discovery.
