Asta (She/Her) is a Provisional Psychologist with a Masters in Professional
Psychology from the University of Tasmania. She is passionate about supporting clients of all ages and backgrounds, with a key interest in children and adolescents. Asta is known for her creative, empathetic, and non-judgemental approach, working collaboratively with clients to tailor therapy to
their individual needs. She emphasises building trust, understanding personal strengths, and empowering clients to overcome challenges and achieve their goals. Asta has experience supporting clients with anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, interpersonal and relationship difficulties, and stress. Asta’s work is client-centred, and she draws on elements of evidence-based
approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
In her free time, Asta enjoys reading, exercising and exploring new places.
